Q2. Do you accept OEM?
Yes, This is our regular cooperation and business. We accept producing products under client’s brand.

Q3. Do you accept third party inspection?
We accept the buyer’s request of inspection by third parties, such as SGS, B.V etc., but the inspection charges shall be on buyer’s account or shared.

Q4. What is your MOQ?
In order to support our customers to develop the markets more conveniently, 1 piece sample order is also welcomed.

Q5. Can you give a brief introduction of Zhilai Lighting Company?
Our company is in Tangxia Town, Gongguan city, it is a high-tech enterprise that specializes in researching, producing and marketing of LED lighting products.

Q6. How do you make a price offer and how long is its validity?
A price offer is based on customer’s particular order, agreed payment terms, and actual cost. Usually, the offer is valid for 60 days.

Q7. What payment terms do you accept?
We’d prefer to accept 30% deposit, and 70% before delivery.

Q8. What if there is any quality or quantity discrepancy arises?
In case of quality discrepancy, the Buyers should claim within 10 days after the arrival of the goods at port of destination. For quantity discrepancy, the Buyers should claim within 5 days after the arrival of the goods at port of destination. If the package is broken please take the picture and we will take with the express company.

Q9. What will happen if I give an incorrect shipping address?
Please confirm your address before ordering! Your product will probably not get to its destination in time for the important occasion if you supply an incorrect address when ordering. Make sure that your address includes apartment or suite numbers if applicable. And the most important thing is to give us your phone number if a package is returned to us because of an address problem, we will reship the package to you or a corrected recipient address. You will be charged the additional shipping fees.

Q10. What should I do if the goods received are damaged?
All products are carefully wrapped with utmost care to ensure a safe delivery to its destination. In case of damage during shipment, please file your damage claims to the delivering carrier immediately, and notify us within 72 hours after your receipt of the damaged merchandise.

Q11. What’s your warranty time?
We provide 3~5 years warranty to all of our products from the date of shipment.
